• Voucher - a paper document issued by the Supplier to the Buyers, certifying that the latter have concluded a distance selling contract for a voucher, with which goods can be purchased, offered by the stores specified in Art. 12 of these General Terms and Conditions.

• Buyer - a natural or legal person who has purchased a voucher through the Site.

• Supplier - "Nepi Project One" Ltd.

A distance contract is any contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer as part of an organized distance selling system without the simultaneous physical presence of the Supplier and the Buyer, through the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract, including at the time of conclusion of the contract.
