What is the SPOT app?

Downloading and using the application is free. However, while using the application, users may incur costs such as internet usage, data or similar charges from mobile operators, as well as connection and internet browsing fees.

Does creating a SPOT account involve any costs for the user?

To earn points, you must have downloaded the app, registered an account and scanned your receipts when you shop at the mall - within 48 hours of purchase, following the instructions in the app. You can also earn points for actions such as: recommending SPOT to a friend, “tagging” (geolocation) in the mall and more.The number of points earned for each of the above actions may change over time. You can find more details in My SPOT.Earned points expire within 12 months of receipt if not spent.

How do I earn points and how long are they valid for?

If the receipt is longer and cannot be read by the scanner in the SPOT app, fold it so that the top part (where the store, address, tax code are visible), the total amount, and the bottom part (where the date, time, QR code, and fiscal device codes are visible) can be read.

My receipts are too long. How do I scan them correctly?

You can use your points by choosing to exchange them for some of the gifts in My SPOT -&gt; “Shop and Earn Rewards” -&gt; “Redeem Your Points”. To be eligible for exchange, the selected gift must be of a value less than or equal to the number of points available in your account.

How can I use my points?

You can also scan your receipts at home. All you have to do is scan them within 48 hours of the purchase. After this period, the receipt will not be accepted.

Do I have to be on site at the mall to scan receipts from purchases?

If you have made sure that all the data you entered is correct (email address, phone, password, etc.) and you still cannot log in, please send us a message at<a target="_blank" rel="" href="mailto:supportbg@myspot.space">supportbg@myspot.space</a> with your email address and the model of the phone you are using.

I tried to log in or create an account in the SPOT app and I received an error. What should I do?
